STUDENT REGISTRATION INTRUCTIONS Effective September 7, 2005 1. Go to the www.yamahaadvantage.com home page and click on the STUDENT tab. 2. Click on the ‘WANNA JOIN?’ link, under the login and password entry area. 3. Enter your first name and your PARENT'S email address. 4. A 'Parent Consent' email will be sent to your PARENTS email address. They will need to provide their permission for you to access the website by following the instructions included in the 'Parent Consent' email. AFTER WE RECEIVE A POSITIVE REPLY TO THE 'PARENT CONSENT' EMAIL 1. A 'Please Complete Registration' email will be sent to the PARENT'S email address. 2. Go back to the www.yamahaadvantage.com home page and click on the STUDENT tab. 3. Enter your teacher's EDUCATOR ID. This should have been provided to you by your teacher. 4. Enter your first name and PARENT'S email address again, plus, a username and password. Write down your user name and password for future reference. 5. Now, you will have access to the Yamaha Advanatge web site and forum. Your username and password for the forum will be the same ones that you provided during the registration process. 6. A final 'Registration Complete' email will be sent to the PARENT's email address. |
