By now you’ve probably looked through the information under the “About Method” button. If you haven’t, one trip through that area will confirm the significance of this new method.

Signing up with this website gives you “back-stage” access to additional electronic features of The Yamaha Advantage Band Method such as; a discussion forum where you can ask questions of your peers regarding how they are using the method, supplemental assignments to give your students, play along music for each line of the books and more.

We encourage you to download our teacher pack. It has some getting started instructions and a sample letter that you can use to send home with your students so that their parent/guardian can get familiar with this web site and help their child through the registration process.

Click "Join Up" and simply fill out the signup form to the right and click “submit”. You will then be given access to the site. Then you will need to create at least one school folder, one for each class group that you teach. Each school folder is automatically assigned a code when it is created. When your students sign up for their accounts, make sure they use your school folder code. That will let you see their names in your folder allowing you to create assignments for them and keep track of their progress.
